Bookings of less than one week considered but will incur an additional charge of £50 due to additional cleaning costs. Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £12.50 per day and is recommended between the end of October and the end of February. A high chair is provided. Cots are available through our local management company at an additional charge – please advise if required at time of booking and note that cot bedding is not provided as guests invariably prefer to use their own. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All rentals are subject to the following terms and conditions:- RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OF BALANCE: A reservation deposit of £100 per week, or part week, is required to confirm a booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The full balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of rental arrival. Full payment will be required should a booking be made within the 8 weeks. CANCELLATION CHARGES : We must be notified in writing as soon as possible should you for any reason have to cancel your booking. Should you cancel the booking you will be liable to pay the cancellation charges set out below. The date of your cancellation will be the date we receive your notice to us at 22 Petersfield, Chelmsford , Essex , CM1 4EP .
AMENDMENTS: Should you need to change your holiday dates we will do our best to make the requested change. However, if this is not possible the above cancellation charges will apply. LIABILITY: During your stay neither we nor our management company or its employees accept any liability whatsoever and howsoever caused for injury or damage to persons or personal effects. A child safety barrier is provided for the pool area and a safe is provided for valuables. COMPLAINTS: In the unlikely event that you experience any problems or have any complaints during your stay, please contact, in the first instance, our management company (telephone number is in the villa) who will endeavour to resolve the problem. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither we nor our agents can accept any responsibility for or be liable in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, for example, war, riot, civil strife, strikes, industrial disputes, closure of airports, flood, adverse weather conditions (eg Hurricanes), natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, epidemics, governmental actions etc. INSURANCE: It is advisable that cancellation insurance is contained within your travel insurance. PETS AND SMOKING: Pets are NOT allowed. |
